Of Places & People, Visiting The Past

 

 

A collaboration between School of Interactive & Digital Media, Nanyang Polytechnic and Malay Heritage Centre.

 

This is a visual projection installation. It depicts a ‘travel-back-in-time’ sequence which begins in a contemporary city environment and brings visitors back in time to a kampong settlement environment in the late 19th century – early 20th century. Each of the students were in charge of doing up to 3 scenes per person.
